I got scammed

I have recently gotten scammed by someone who said that they would give me a skin if i gave them one. I have screenshotted the conversation so is there anyway that I can report this? Thanks- RagingBryan

You can submit a SUPPORT ticket to maybe get the scammer in trouble, but IIRC Riot doesn't get involved with gift trading since thats really between the two involved. Don't trade with anyone you don't trust.

@OP: Riot doesn't support gift trading, they merely tolerate it (they are called gifts). You do swaps at your own risk, so only do a trade when you can handle getting screwed. You can file a Support Ticket, but you won't be refunded, and they probably won't be punished unless they are repeatedly doing this.

'tolerate' is a funny way to write 'profit from'. Knowing riot, why would they interfere with something they tolerate? item 3301

It's your fault for being swindled by the scammer, but I'm 110% sure riot won't punish this guy regardless if he's successful or not.

By being knowledgeable about the player behavior systems and using it to be helpful on the boards. Arbiters (and other community program members like the Wrenchman and Instructors) are just community volunteers, and not paid by Riot in any way.
