Man, I love this game! I decided let's take a break from league for a while so I spent my savings on going to another country to spend time with my girlfriend for 6 months, best 6 months of my life to come back home to find out my account has been perma banned! So I was like fair enough, let's contact support, I was being friendly and cheerful like I always am and to my luck, the person who dealt with my ticket was being rude and avoiding my questions, "Why did my account get banned?" "How is this fair to someone who has just come to play again fair?" "I've never got a ban so why would I randomly get my account perma banned?" And all I got was a "Riot will not lift this ban under any circumstances" I've spent a lot of time, money and effort into this game to make it fun for both sides losing or winning, I started since the game has been out but riot decides "Nah the perma ban system has got him, we won't lift it" How is this system "Fair to everyone"? So I don't see why the people who are unfortunate enough to get hacked don't even get a second chance, I mean sure I'm no angel but what about those pre-mades picking on people they don't like, getting hacked and banned? They need to come up with a new system honestly, Perma banning people and not lifting cause someone else did the wrong thing on my account, it sucks to the core, and that's all I'm gonna say, hopefully riot reads this and changes their mind on how they work, slim chance but it's still worth a shot. Thank you guys for reading and have a wonderful time on the rift~

What's it say when you log in? Were you banned for scripts/acct sharing or toxicity?

I hope you learned to never spend money on this game because Riot can ban your account at anytime.

Well, I tried, I've asked for everything to help recover my from "My" permanent ban that was caused by someone else, I asked even for a trial to prove that I wasn't in use of my account so someone has made me lose my account, my hard work, my skins and I'm really not happy, I don't think this justice system is fair, people can disagree with me all they want but take a moment to picture you in my shoes, spent time away from net and with the person you love to come back, permanently banned, riot won't do anything to help, won't even give you a chance to prove you're not toxic, I mean all the bans happened in a span of two weeks I was told, why would I out of the blue go and do something like that? It's not fair and I don't think they should run a company if they can't block people for stealing an account.. it's not hard these days, it's sad, it's hurt me and they should really add some kind of security question that only the person would be able to answer to gain access to log in after getting one of the bans to escalate, after the 2 week ban popped up and finished they then again logged into it that day and time it wore off and got it permanently banned the next game. Thank you for the help and encouragement guys who read and also supported me to try and aid me to get my account back, it was a wasted effort but it's still good to see good people such as myself out there, Peace out guys and have with league if you're still on it!
