Ban for what exactly?

I found a new job, all well and dandy . I played league one day haven't done worngI was playing for fun had a few bad games just the normal stuff. till one day I was too busy with work and didn't play league for about 4-6 days. I came back to play League try to log on and it said "This account have been permanently banned and check the email" I went to my email and come to see that I've been banned for "permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends." and I am banned till Feb 22:22:22:22 I send a ticket and want to know more because I really have no idea what I've done or if I've done anything at all I dont know how to hack at all. I haven't used any third party programs or know how to use any third party program . Is there a glitch i the system? because I dont know what's going on and a lot of other people are having the same issue
