Why is calling someone a noob unsportmanlike conduct and yet akali's taunt is literally the most straightforward BM in the entire game?

Thats actually Akali's joke, so its all in good fun.
Cause Akali isnt calling anyone specific noob. If you say "there are many noobs in this game", thats not offensive. But if you say : Mid laner you are noob, that is offensive. Akali says: "So many noobs, will matchmaking ever find true balance?". She isnt targeting it at anyone.
