Can we please get an option for banning people for lying?

So, I was just playing a game of Solo Queue Ranked, and this Nautilus is playing as support. He flames me throughout the match, but I don't really do anything impulsive, and shrug it off. He's calling me useless and stuff, but in the after-game lobby, he just says out of nowhere, "Lucian is so mean, report him for toxic." I'm kind of surprised by this, and I ask him if there's any proof, and then he goes on this tangent about stuff like, "You don't want me to show proof" and stuff, and I said that doesn't prove anything. After repeating the request to report me, he leaves, and the opposing Jarvan IV is just like, "Lmao". So now I'm probably getting reported for nothing. Great.

False reports don't count against you at all.

False reports don't do anything, so don't worry about trying to "clear your name" so to speak. If the person was actually toxic, report them and move on. Asking for reports is also considered player harassment so you can report them for that, too.

Worry not, if you didn't say anything toxic the reports don't do anything

You could probably have reported him and he would have got a ding.

Even without an explicit rule against lying, it sounds like that Nautilus was exhibiting behavior that would justify punishment regardless.
