Penalized over one dodge
I have a 15 minute wait timer for dodging once on ARAM.. I haven't dodged any games recently so I see no reason for the wait timer for dodging just once.
If I could have an explanation for this it would be nice.

The dodge timer is so harsh because dodging in aram is a real problem. Too many people were dodging because they got a champ they don't like. But it being a random champion is the point of aram. So they increased the dodge timer to the point that you might as well just play the game.
Aram first time dodge is 15 min. It's just the way leave buster is :-/
Summoner's rift is shorter, I think it starts at 5 min?
15 minutes is quite a bit and usually reflects a past history to. Keep in mind Leaverbuster isn't only for dodging, but also afk or dcing in match.
Depending on how long ago you had your previous leaverbuster, it may just not have dropped down a tier yet.
You can always submit a support ticket and ask.
That's weird. My shits been freezing lately and I've probably dropped out 10 times in the last 6 months :/
I got one message saying I won't recieve loot anymore about a month and a half ago. Disconnected a few nights ago and didn't get any penalty. Idk if I'm just getting lucky, you've dodged or disconnected more than you think, or you're just getting really unlucky. I kinda don't think leaverbuster has any luck factor though, unlike getting reported for shit. So idk, sounds weird.
Edit: my shitty memory... i did get a 15 minute wait after my last dodge now that I think about it.
