People Getting out of Ranked game Select Champion. then 15 to 30mins penalty waiting

LOL Can you please fix this, detect whose the one who get out of the game, because we are the one who is affecting.... now i need to wait for 30 mins because people are quitting when champion selection... please fix it,, be accurate... and give the penalty to those who only left the game... thanks

What ? Why are you dodging ? dude if someone leaves after selecting his champion you can always get into the game and /remake you won't get any penalty.

yeah, but mine is when people leaving in ranked game during champion selection... it says that i left the game, and it gives me 30 mins to wait..again it happen today, i cant even play rank its wasting my time.... today another player left and i need to wait 30 mins again.. lol should fix it,
