I got perma banned because people flamming me then i get titled, i know theres a mute button but then the flammer still talks shit to my teamates and the emeny team. i hate league

Why do people find it so hard to punish the initiator? The problem is not being solved because RIOT don't punish the root of the problem in the first place. As long as you allow idiots to AFK/DC, troll, intentional feed, not play as a team, etc, etc, you will always have chat toxicity. I don't understand why nobody gets this.
