Suspended Account For 14 Days!?!?!?!?

This is very unfair I am not going against the moderators opinion but for 14 days! I had chat restriction for 26 games! I completed all 26 games and then i get suspended and then i get banned after I finished the Chat restriction. How come when ever people say things to me nothing happens i even report them. Please tell me why its so long i just cam out of chat restriction and people are aloud to treat me like trash?! THEN AGAIN I AM NOT GOING AGAINST THE RIOT SUPPORTERS So I am just asking this why does it have to be so long I've learned my lesson about cursing but when other people do it they don't get banned?

Doesn't seem like you did... Or else you wouldn't have been banned. Also being toxic is NOT limited to cursing. Cursing isn't actually punishable either per-say. Unless you are cursing to demean and berate someone else. Then it is punishable.

Agreed. You don't get banned for cursing. I throw out the F-word or S-word occasionally when I make a bad play. You getting banned/not depends on the context behind it. If you're cursing to insult others, that's bannable. It appears like 95% of the chat messages that got you banned weren't even curse words.

**Again no curse words here, just lots of negative messages about your team. In the old Tribunal, I instantly hit punish if I saw "ff at 20" or afk threats. That's negative attitude and basically means you gave up on your team. **

Probably the only times curse words could've gotten you banned, and that's because you were attacking others with them.

Threatening/requesting for reports are considered harassment. There's no need. The system bans based on number of games reported, not number of reports to avoid premade abuse. So 9 (valid) reports in 1 game < 2 (valid) reports in 2 games. And asking for reports completely ruins teamwork.

Incase you didn't know, there are 4 tiers of punishment:

10 Game Chat Restriction
25 Game Chat Restriction
14-day Ban
Permaban

You are currently at the 14-day Ban tier, your next punishment is a permaban (as stated in your email).

If you don't show any toxicity for 3 months, you will get your punishment tier lowered. So if you get punished again in 3 months + 1 day, you'll only be 14-day banned instead of permabanned.

But do be warned, this last tier is a fine straw you are walking on. Any small thing can trigger your permaban.

I am Pinnkyz friend and I played with him for a lot of his games and I just want to know why he gets banned for 14 days. He talks a little trash but only when they start it and he fells like he is getting treated unfair. I like how he gets banned the game after he gets the chat restriction ended and he didn't even talk trash just asked for mid and they said no so he auto locked for bot that he called and got banned when the game ended. (don't know why it ended but it did before it started)

It's a 14 day ban because your last punishment was the 25 game chat restriction. With the current system, when you receive a punishment, your next offense will get you the next harshest punishment, and a 14 day ban is the next punishment after a 25 game chat restriction.

It was an automated system that banned you. The system is designed to go through and do a scan of your chat logs, checking for anything that is unacceptable. As far as I know, very rarely does an actual human review a case that isn't a permanent ban.

Calling people autistic, flaming so bad. Mate listen, dont ask others to report someone, it will get you perma banned next time. Dont talk at all anymore. U are on the verge of losing your account forever. No matter how angry or tilted u get. DONT. TALK. AT . ALL. Even if someone is intentionally feeding, running to turret 47 times, dont say anything. Really quite simple. RIOT wants money. The more accounts they ban the more people buy RP to replenish skins/champs on their new account. It is in their best interest to ban for minor things. Just make sure to never buy RP from them again and you can play for free forever.
