question about chargeback
i got a ban in league for chargeback i talked with the support and read the email they both said its only antil i pay but i dont get why does it say permban when am in the login in the game : / it's confusing

It's set to permaban but they will manually lift it when you pay the chargeback.
When you pay the chargeback amount, tell them so they can review it and they'll lift your suspension.
