Ok so, I don't know how to start this, but what can we do against people who do this? I just hate players that use that thing. Worst thing is when you get TWO of them on your team, as you can't FF because they'll keep denying the forfeit.

If you don't know, Ultimate Bravery is a site that gives you a random champ, a random build and a random rune set for them, and you're supposed to play it.

I know that there isn't a lot ot people that actually use it, but anyways, I really want to know what to do when I get someone that is playing that stuff. Do I just report them and keep going?

So, building off meta is not prohibited. It does not matter how off meta it is, something is not going to be punished only for being horribly off meta.

That being said, if it is obvious that the player is trying more to dick around than win in a PvP matchmade match, then that may be punishable. The issue becomes how do you prove they're trying to dick around and not just using the site for fun and trying to win. That proof is virtually impossible to make unless they say in chat something like "idc about winning or getting objectives i'm just here to piss around".

report =/= punish

I would say report them anyway and let Rito sorts it out. If Rito didn't think it is punishment worthy, they won't be punished. If Rito think it's punishment worthy, they will be. Your role in this ends at your report. No need to ponder what happens after your report.

I lost my promos a while back because of a jg veigar doing this. In ranked it should be considered trolling- you go to the website to get a build that puts you at a huge disadvantage.
