TOXIC PLAYER- BANNED PERMANENTLY??????

I'm going to talk about being toxic. Toxicity doesn't mean that you want to "destroy" the gameplay and to verbaly injury the players that you're in struggle with. Why should those toxic players be banned forever, why don't they receive a "PERMANENT MUTE"? I was a toxic player too, i was a verry irascible person, but i tried to reform myself until i got permanently banned, because players who were intentionally feeding, afk-ing, hacking and more....destroied all my games and i wasn't able to climb in league. Why should the toxic players receive the same punishement like scripters and hacker, those people who cheat and destroy the normal gameplay???? Just imagine that you've invested some money and time in your LOL account and now you're banned on account of your toxicity (bcs you own a irascible behaviour and you used verbal violence)- This is MY CASE, i need to mention the fact that i DIDNT offend any player by mocking about his RELIGION, ETHNIC GROUP or GENDER I'm playing on the EUNE server but I wrote on the broads all over the world to inform you guys, about this HORRIBLE SITUATION Please take this commentary into consideration and implement this alternative (MUTING PERMANENT)

Theyre banned from the game because they voided a contract they signed when they made their account. Most people scoff at the summoners code but really its a contract and terms of use on how youre going to uphold yourself in the community, and fi you void that contract you void the right to have an account. You may not like it but thems the brakes.

First a serious response. What about pings? You can be toxic with ping spamming, this is kind of why we can mute them now. If they abuse pings are they going to be perm muted for those too? If so they are no unable to communicate in any sort of fashion which could also impair as well as tilt team mates. Can't ping danger to call off a gank your jg is doing and now they think you are a troll or useless and refuse to try and help your lane anymore.

Smart alec answer: Permanent ban is a permanent mute on that account.

Would I feel bad about losing an account I put money in? Yes I would. I avoid it though by not reacting in game when things happen. I may say things out loud in irl but that doesn't affect anyone in game and helps me feel better.

You stated what toxicity ISN'T setting out to do... but what is it then? You say you aren't trying to verbally injure or destroy games. Then why are you toxic? Don't you realize tilting and insulting your allies IS destroying a game? You can't insult your team during the match... how does that help morale and teamwork? How does that NOT destroy a game in this day and age of sensitivity and words being very meaningful?

You have to think logically about it. Not emotionally. It's not about what you think of it... it's what the community and society in general thinks of it. Given how much people report for being insulted, clearly people don't like that, and take it seriously. So you have to conform to the summoners code. You can't be a cool guy rebel, like they're just words!! When the rules clearly state that it's a serious offense against the summoners code. It isn't about personal opinion. It's about upholding your end of a contract.

Ps. Irascible????

Riot doesn't want toxic players playing in their game, they don't want their money either.

Permaban is their way of saying "we don't want you in our game, get out".

I won't repeat what others have said here, but I will say that Riot tried something akin to a permamute in the form of ever increasing chat restrictions. What happened was that people who had tons of CRs often just switched to non chat related ways of griefing, such as ping spamming, intentional feeding and gameplay trolling, which are harder to prove intent wise than simple chat related offenses are.
