A chance at Unban

So I got banned on my main account "Browno Mars" several months ago. I was repeatedly toxic in a few games but some I was just trying to explain how I felt to teammates. Every time someone felt that they knew more or just didnt like me I got reported. More importantly, I was reported by at least 10 different trio and quad qeues that trolled me and told me I was gonna get 4x reported. I was going through a rough patch of life so a lot of my reactions were more than necessary but since my ban I have been playing on another account and I havent been even chat restricted. I have had this account for a long time even before being banned on Browno Mars so I was wondering if Riot could give me another chance after looking at my record on my account that I use now. I think that it isn't too much to ask for because I am willing to even play on the condition that I will get permanently banned after 1 report. yes my name is offensive, I had it changed long back it doesnt change on here.
