Hacked account Permabanned?

I just recalled I had an old account that was a failed smurf account stucked in sliver( Which was my fault, I was bad.) and I was like, why not try at it again with the news season? So I looked in my PC flies a doc where all my account names and passwords are & I attempt to log in my information.. Apparently it was hacked! I quickly went to lolking and looked at champions used... Nidalee was on my list, which I never ever buy nidalee because I dislike her play style.. so I contact customer support and after waiting for days trying to find out what went down, I get this...

Like what THE FUCK!? i WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK! How is not my fault in anyway that some guy somehow got ahold of my account information, took it, then use or possibly sold it to someone for them to use? This support in this game SUCKS!

Allow me to make this easy. You signed a legally binding document every patch that you acknowledged that you were responsible for the security of your account.
