I just got permanently banned and i was wondering if I could get an unban and never be able to talk in chat. I have spent some money on this game and I am permanently banned so I can't play it anymore. I don't know what i will do. I loved this game and I was gonna spend another $100 for Christmas but now i can't. Please if you can respond to me about this and we can negotiate a way that I can play my favorite game again.

You can try contacting Riot through a support ticket to ask them.
You'll likely want to word your argument politely. Tell them that you understood why you were banned before and convince them that it'll never happen again (and the steps you'll take to prevent that).
But the chances are still slim to none, as behavioral bans tend to stick.
Usually you get warnings before you're perma'd.
I've been toxic plenty of times, and have never been warned. I'd think you'd need to be toxic in a ton of games to even get perma'd.
I mean if you get a warning and don't take it seriously, then they've already given you your chance/s.
riot says permanent = permanent. they also said a player they would permanently ban is the kind of player they never want to play their game again.

Is there a particular reason why you were banned?
They only overturn bans of they were in error or if they were intended to protect the account from unauthorized use.
