I just got permanently banned and i was wondering if I could get an unban and never be able to talk in chat. I have spent some money on this game and I am permanently banned so I can't play it anymore. I don't know what i will do. I loved this game and I was gonna spend another $100 for Christmas but now i can't. Please if you can respond to me about this and we can negotiate a way that I can play my favorite game again.

You'll likely want to word your argument politely. Tell them that you understood why you were banned before and convince them that it'll never happen again (and the steps you'll take to prevent that).
But the chances are still slim to none, as behavioral bans tend to stick.

I've been toxic plenty of times, and have never been warned. I'd think you'd need to be toxic in a ton of games to even get perma'd.
I mean if you get a warning and don't take it seriously, then they've already given you your chance/s.

YumScrumptious961 votesThe only way you never got a warning is if you were so toxic, i.e racist or homophobic to a extreme degree, that they perma banned you instantly for those actions. If that were true, you definitely aren't someone they want back. Jensen as well is a special case.
President Swa1n1 votesUsually if you don't get a warning it means your one offence was just that bad. Unless you post your chat logs/ tell us why you were banned, this is going nowhere.
Zombiemaster7 votesJensen had a different kind of ban than you do. His ban was the type of ban that Tyler1 currently has. All of his accounts were banned and any new accounts Riot could tie to him would also be banned. He was also indefinitely banned from competitive play. When Riot unbanned him, they allowed him to create new accounts without instantly banning them, as well as eventually allowing him back into competitive play. However, he did NOT receive ANY of his banned accounts back.
As for you not getting a warning, did you receive any punishments prior to this? If you did, then those punishments served as a warnign that your behavior was unacceptable. If you didn't, then Riot likely believed that your behavior was severe enough to escalate straight to a permanent ban. In some cases of extreme toxicity Riot will escalate an account straight to a permanent ban. These cases generally include (but are not limited to) things like racism, sexism, homophobia, death threats, etc.
