when did LoL become so toxic along with other things?

People are way too toxic in this game. Instead of things becoming better they are getting worse. people are lane stealing too much now. I was playing JG kindred on draft mode, and some other person decided it would be ok to double JG with out telling me. He stole all my camps and marks, so I only got 2 marks the whole game. I couldn't farm because he was taking everything. I couldn't gank for sh*t.

I can't play securely because of clans. 4 of them and myself, so they can dick around in game and i get reported at the end.
