So the thing is that I got banned for 2 weeks for flaming in chat in a ranked game. I totally get it that my actions were unsportsmanlike and I deserve to get punished for it, but I was wondering that is it possible to get honor 5 in this season anymore if I'm honor 0 (dishonorable) right now. I'm really embarrassed about myself that I went and wrote in chat at all when I was tilted. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
No. The sheer amount of time it takes to level up, especially from 0 to 2, is ridiculous.
Simple formula to moving up the honor progress
Time really doesn't matter, if you play a bunch of bot games and finish them in less than 10 mins, then you can earn 3-4x the progress of playing standard pvp SR within the same time frame.
Of course that is assuming you don't mess up on point2, cos that'll put a screeching halt to your honor progress.

Maybe. But you need to grind a lot of games with positive chat most likely. Neutral or no chat would maybe have the same results or a bit slower.
Probably not, it takes about a month per benchmark.
We've got what? 7 months until season's end. Last season ended Nov 7. I think that should be a reasonable amount of time for a non-toxic player to go from 0 to 5. I don't know that for a fact, but I feel that should be right.
