league of garbage - why does this game continue to deteriorate

i have been in this game since season 1 , i have invested a lot of time and money into this game(nobody forced me i wanted to), and its sad to see how low riot have sunk

in the past i met friends and have made relationships across the world with people i hold dear to this day.

now i meet toxic players every game to a level that makes me alternate the all chat option every week. when i report someone i get no feedback and i doubt anything is happening. to top that off riot came out with their "trash talk is ok" bullshit a while ago. so now when someone calls my mom a whore he isnt toxic he is trash talking(say what you will about the content of the article, but when riot already didn't do enough to fight toxicity this is only fuel for the fire)

i have been avoiding league more and more lately, but honestly i wish riot cleaned up their act and took care of bussiness, if the tribunal was more when the toxicity has risen in seasons 3-4 and up this would have been a better gaming community, instead this game is like a breeding hive for toxicity and hatred

That's not trash talking. That's insulting. Report them.

There may be a grey line between playful trash talking and insulting but your example doesn't come close to it.

" i get no feedback and i doubt anything is happening" - You should passive aggressively bait them to write something like "kys" which is detected by the automatic system, in the last 2 weeks I managed to get like 3-4 guys banned this way. The point is to be as irritating as you can, but still don't cross the line to get punished.
