Permaban without previous punishment?

EDIT: Since some people do not understand or don't want to read the full thing the prime point in my argument is this: I was permanently banned for one game of toxicity and I have never had any previous punishment aside from a 10game chat restriction which was many months ago. I have had almost no chance to redeem or reform my current behavior and was just slapped a permanent ban on an account with thousands of hours and dollars invested. I should be punished but there was no way I should have received a permanent ban.

So i just received a permanent ban for toxic behavior. Now normally I would say that I'd have deserved it. I admit I sometimes go off the wall defending myself and responding to toxic teammates, these 2 games I played are a good example of this. However, I have only ever in my league career been punished once before and it was a 10 game chat restriction which was in a February (i think?). I have never had a ban on my account and have never had anything longer than the 10game Restriction. Why was I given a permanent ban for two games?

Also, as much as this doesn't make me innocent, I will say that in those games I was a very clear victim of toxic behavior by my teammates. I will never initiate toxic behavior with a teammate, I'm strongly against the negative vibe the blame game/toxic name calling gives off but I too sometimes get swept up when the sort of stuff that is being said to me. Before this incident I had rarely used the mute button and instead just ignored people (something I should have done in these two instances).

I get that this is in no way a defense to my toxicity, I was toxic and I get that I should be punished, however a detailed look at chat logs will show that I never tried to initiate any form of toxic behavior, meaning I was never intent on creating a toxic atmosphere ingame. (One of the two games was a ONE FOR ALL in which my teammates were angry that me and my friend chose a champion they didnt want to play and started flaming us to the next level.) I don't understand how I can receive a permanent ban from reports in two games when I have never had a ban on my account before.

I have sent in a support ticket a day ago but no replies yet. I have been doing some research to see if there is any possibility of the ban being lifted but the result of my findings was pretty poor to my situation. If anyone has had trouble with the automated ban system before or has any advice for me I'd appreciate it.

Game 1 is the one for all game, I said some really crude shit here which I obviously regret. I really wish I had just not lost my cool and muted them. I overreacted to their terrible comments and they even tried to drag my duo into it.

Game 2 was just a bad game where I played poorly but my team thought I was int feeding and tried to provoke me into saying some mean shit, the entire game is pretty much just me "attempting" to defend myself by replying to the blame game.
