Unfair Permanent Bann

Hello my summoner name is Luchaos and few days ago, I found out that my account got permanently banned for bad attitude in the game. The funny thing is that I've never played the game for 5 or 6 months, instead I played in Korean server. I was thinking about this problem for few days and I finally made a conclusion that my account might got hacked or used by a different person. I feel like I'm in very unfair situation right now. I wasn't the one who played the game, I wasn't the on who had a bad attitude during the game, and I don't think I should not be the one who need to get consequence for what i didn't do. The date I checked the message of permanently banned in my account was Jan 16th. I would like to get my account unbanned, but if that's not possible can it be ok for me to get refund of the champions, skins and RP which I have purchased in my account into my another account?
