Frustrating about Trollers what do you do about them?

I've got 2 accounts perma banned and yes I understand that there is a ladder and you get 7-day, 14-day, etc. BUT if you're stuck with incredibly ignorant and aggravating players non-stop, that makes me sick.

Riot's system is bad. first using algoritmes to check for bad language and then getting a person to review it. Only checking chat logs is plain stupid. There are so many trolls and afkers which make you waste time because no matter what you do you'll lose.

And then they use the chat to turn the other players against you and make them report you... which is again incredibly ridiculous.

I don't care if Riot would ban me permanent IF it was in a deserved way. I can't believe how many trollers are still on the loose. And then you have those guys that don't know the meaning of flaming...
