I got my ban reversed!!!

Yes that is true! Riot wrongfully banned me for 3rd party programs and I got it reversed after 3 failed support ticket attempts! If you seriously did nothing wrong and we're wrongfully banned just be persistent and don't give up. They did a further review on my account they said in an email and reversed the ban. Thank you Riot for finally listening and giving me a chance. And to all the other people on the forums that said to just deal with it and that I probably cheated... kick rocks! I know I am a fair player. Like I said, if you truly have no cheated just keep opening tickets asking for help. It might take a bit but for me at least, someone finally listened! :)

Mistakes happen. With that said I do think riot support needs to sit down and learn from this example in hopes of improving the way they handle tickets likes these. 3 failed support tickets is 3 to many for an issue as big as this.

I hope and believe they will use this incident to improve though.

Same happened to me, they even gave me 5 free chests. I can't believe the people who just blindly call you a cheater and accept riots detection methods as perfect without knowing anything about them, sheeple.

I am glad to see these threads about a lot of wrongful bans being undone.

I have been seeing too many threads where people are in the same boat, so many people are so quick to jump in and condemn people guilty and flame those who come to the boards with this issue, even those people that just come to ask for real answers instead of the classic copy-paste "fuck you" response I have been seeing.

One guy made the mistake of mentioning that he played some norms after having a few beers one night, people immediately concluded that he MUST have gotten blackout drunk after a couple beers and downloaded some scripts, which spiralled into people comparing his actions to DRIVING INTOXICATED and generally just treating him like trash.

Now it turns out this guy was completely innocent.
