Riot has a policy of never reversing permanent bans that were not applied in error. They will not make an exception, as to receive a permanent ban an account typically is already provided with at least a second chance, and often more than one. The final warning is the 14-day ban, and if your account is punished beyond that it is nonrecoverable.

they gave u a warning before the banned and u still continue the toxicity that mean u want a third chance or is it a fourth chance idk :D
you have been given chances already, they're the temporary bans. the 14 day ban tells you that the next one is a perma ban.
