Hi, its possible to get ban for lying?
for example, when people at the end of the game report for intencional feeding and write lies like "he intencional feed and flame", when the player tried all game to win and not flame?

You do not get banned for making false reports, but the system is EXTREMELY good at filtering out those reports. Don't worry about getting punished for something you didn't do: it almost NEVER happens, and, on the very rare occasions that it does, Riot is quick to resolve it if you send them a ticket.
In general, if you didnt do anything punishable, you wont get punished.
If you get reported for things you didnt do, nothing happens. If someone threatens to report you for said made-up reasons, have a giggle and move on.
Btw Inting in general is getting viewed rather hard atm by Riot. And since they dont want to ban innocent People with bad games, the System there is rather hard to trigger a punishment, so dont worry when someone threatens to report you for int on a bad game, it wont get you banned.
