LEAGUE OF LEGENDS PERMABAN IS IDIOTIC SO I SENT THEM A LOGICAL EMAIL. LETS SEE HOW IT GOES

I got permabanned for being toxic, and I sent league this message. I do not expect to get a real answer, since they only really care about profit :

I understand . But don't you think the game's rules are a bit strict? League of Legends is a game where we constantly kill our opponents in order for one team to acquire another nexus, which is fueled by greed and hatred. Just like how United States massacred all the Native Americans in order to conquer them and gain land. I do not see how it is realistic for people to be so "nice and loving" in a game where their intention is to commit mass murders in order to gain something for themselves(the nexus). In a way the toxicness is perfectly suited for the game's environment. If I were to look at things in a black and white way, the main core of the game is far more toxic than people cursing at each other and dissing their moms. Mass murdering virtual people vs cursing at people online. If you guys were to use that logic and didn't accept toxicness and negativity, you guys should ban the game league of legends itself. Please tell me where my logic is wrong. But I do not expect to get a logical reply.

I'm not trying to say cursing at other people and being toxic is a good thing or even justify myself in order to get my account back. But in a game of league of legends I do not think it is inappropriate for the reasons stated above. Do people say "I LOVE YOU BRO" while killing other people? You could say the champions are only online characters, and it's fine killing online champions. But then again I have only cursed at people online and not in real life by that logic. Also what do players receive when they perform good sportsman like conduct? A goddamn ribbon? While the polar opposite gets perma banned for life? The consequences of both sides are far too stretched and unequal. All this to make people spend more rp and time for champs and experience. Profit too op GG.

Judging by the text of your forum post, I do not believe "A Logical Email" is something you are capable of producing. Enjoy your permaban, I hear Parcheesi is a fun game for people who can't control their emotions.

Your logic is wrong in many ways

1:you are comparing a game with a massacre of which everybody now seems to agree was pretty fucking atrocious. Also an atrocity that had literally nothing to do with toxic behavior. It had to do with ground, religious reasons and socio political instabilities.

2:say what you want about fucking massacres, if you would talk to your commander or fellow soldier like some people in league do you would be discharged.

3:league is a game, like chess, I have never seen a chess trash talk match despite killing more characters in that game. League is not a war, no life is at stake here(usually), you are comparing apples to nukes.

4:toxic and nice and logic are the opposite sides of a many sided dice, you don't have to be one of them, you can just be neutral. I almost never talk in games because I might get toxic if I do.

5:Playing something violent does not equal violence. If you read a violent book, you are not violent. If you watch dredd 3d you are not violent. If you play dark souls with a zweihander and beat the opponent, you are NOT violent. If you talk shit you are insult people. Comparing real violence to trash talk is stupid if you are comparing to a game.

6: Now that we are talking about it, league is a game. and in a game like soccer you might not say "I LOVE YOU BRO", but in my country you are obligated(in amateur clubs) to actually thank the opposing party for the match afterward. If you shit talk to much you are considered a poor sport.

7: again league is a game, not a real war, not even comparable. League is a game people play to enjoy themselfs. War is horror and pain, which is often romanticized by idiots who have not been in a war. You are playing with others who hope to enjoy themselfs therefore the comparison you draw is even more false.

8: We punish war crimes and even negative attitude to the local population in the army now, even if your war comparison made sense it would be considered unethical to trash talk.

TLDR: do not compare your toxicity in a game to a war zone, it is a false comparison you use to hide awful behaviour behind the spirit of "we all do that guys stop punishing me".

This is post is LESS Logical and MORE Hysterical... Thank you for a good laugh bro. Good luck coming to terms with your permaban. If by some miracle you do get it uplifted, it will not be because of logic. It will be because you gave them such a nice laugh, they decided to give you a second chance.

Additionally, I would recommend paying more attention in your law studies, it appears you have been learning by Osmosis.

Argument: League is a toxic environment, I am toxic. What is wrong with me being toxic inside a toxic environment?

You kinda ran the whole anti-vaxxer logic path, it is a logic path but nobody really buys it.

You: I am a law school student, clearly I know logical arguments Your view of Others: No idea since this is an internet forum

To continue

League is toxic, so I am toxic. I should blame league for my toxicity as Americans have killed several distinct nations in the past. What I did is no different than what my culture does, so why am I to blame......

That's just my opinion on your logical argument that you provided

I agree with Deathgod5 on a number of his points, have a nice day. Maybe consider editing your ticket/email to be a little more logical [slayer-pantheon-thumbs] best of luck, if possible please post the results

No one actually dies in leauge.

Its a magical battle field and the minions are constructs...

Do you really think they magically spring back to life?

Also we arent commiting violence.

Im telling my 1 and 0s to change the modifier on other 1s and 0s.

Video games are violent.

I thought this was a good point.

I contacted Riot player behavior team once. Good luck.

What's messed up is how you can be toxic on the boards but not in-game (look at some of these degrading and sarcastic comments), but screw logic. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Gosh, that's so dumb. Your logic IS wrong. While killing an enemy champ, you don't hurt anyone. (not even the Champ, he will re spawn anyway) By flaming other player, you maybe hurt the feelings of the victim or what ever. You interact in a way Riot do not want with other human beings.

And the game itself is not toxic at all. I mean, if you apply your logic to every other game, like 90 % of the games are toxic. Even stuff like Lufia, where you "mass murder" some monsters and stuff.

Mass murdering virtual people vs cursing at people online

You don't mass murder virtual people. You fight with other Champions, not virtual people.

Do people say "I LOVE YOU BRO" while killing other people? You could say the champions are only online characters, and it's fine killing online champions.

It feels like, it's a pretty huge difference for you if the character is online or offline. Why do you have to mention this online stuff all the time? It doesn't matter if the character is online or offline, that doesn't change anything?!?!?!?

But then again I have only cursed at people online and not in real life by that logic.

The fuck, even if you curse at a person online, YOU CURSE AT A PERSON. How is that any different to curse at a person next to you? I don't get it.

Btw. I bet you're in your first semester?

So in your alternate universe, how does banning someone generate revenue?

bukkakey2/19/2017, 12:33:53 AM1 votes

You have poor judgement then and incapable of comprehending logic. I'm in law school btw. Most of the things I study and do has to do with logic.
