LeaveBuster Penalty in ARAM queue but all bots

So i understand the function of leavebuster with pvp queues like ranked, norms, aram etc. But I queued up for an aram by myself instead of with higher lvl friends (currently 20) and noticed they were all bots. Was going to leave but got leave buster notice and wasnt sure so I didnt and wanted to make sure wasnt a custom game by accident somehow. Rinse and repeat same thing, leave, and get 15 min ban. If riot is going to throw 9 bots into a reg ARAM game no one shouldnt be penalized for leaving.

riot didnt throw the bots in there. they are all done by players. at low elo there are hundreds of thousands of games going on with no human in them. nothing but a giant bot war.
