Permaban STRUCK ME DOWN (first ban ever)

So yeah I got banned for the first time, it was a PERMABAN. I am a sarcastic ass and I know that, but the hell kind of trigger happy do you have to be to sick this "automated" spaghetti code permanent on me the first time? I got a chat restriction, I waited and then later I had a SINGLE bad day flamed on like Chris Evans and then got BOOTED OUT OF MY NEXT GAME.
Admittedly, my chat was pretty bad, but id happily turn off my chat altogether if i knew a PERMANENT BAN was next on my SHORT ASS list of punishments. I have yet to log in to support successfully yet to make a ticket about it, and I don't expect that much to get help but... ** It needs to be addressed whether or not Riot is sticking with their progress and order of punishments or not.** If Riot is reserving the rights to drop a _"f*k you get roosed summoner"_then players (like me) should know that.

Also here is the only game that got my account the chat restriction however long ago and the second game of my PERMANENT BAN (the other game was bad but it was ONE GAME)

To Clarify for the 3rd grade reading level here, ONE GAME GOT THE CHAT RESTRICTION, ONE DAY GOT THE PERMABAN AFTER.

Then that's TWO games that got you chat restricted, so no idea what kind of logic you're trying to pull here. But actually, they should be providing you 3 chat logs altogether in the client, plus Riot said that there's a chance that you were already reported more than just those 3 games, so they only provided you the last 3 games that you got reported.

The ToS says any hate speech (homophobia/racism/etc.) can be subjected to being perma-banned without warning. That one word is what got you perma'd. Enjoy losing all the RP you've spent, hope it was worth it.

  1. Never bought RP (prolly y i didnt get a warning lol) and
  2. I firmly believe in negative word associations being desensitized over a period of time. I could argue that point but im sure you would rather stay butthurt Taric about it (pun intended)

Anyway I could care less what you think of me i just think Riot should make it more clear the "F*k you summoner, get roosed" clause of their "ToS" (which i had to look for to find.)

Videogame Dunkey was extremely toxic, yes. Although he's basically my spirit animal and he says out loud everything I think to myself and uses video making to take a large portion of his toxicity away from the game, he was still an incredibly toxic member of the community and due to the praise he got for it, Riot knew there was no chance for reform. So, yes, there are many ways in which Riot made the right decision for their community when they chose to ban Dunkey ;-; may he rest in peace.

It takes more than sarcasm to earn a permaban on your first ban mate. Do yourself a favor and read through the rules/summoners code/terms of service, and if you really did nothing that would be worthy of jumping to a permaban make a support ticket and ask for a manual punishment review.

Otherwise best of luck with your next account.

May I say, you children should stay off of the league boards if all you want to do is fantasize being the ugly bitch ringing the bell from Game of Thrones. I assume you are all being children because if you had any age on you at all you would have experienced ANY real gaming community the likes of Halo 3. See this is the kind of attitude that got you punished in the first place. Also, by posting only game two it tells people that you're hiding something. If you truly want to know why you were punished then post your other Reform Card games in their unedited entirety. From game 2 alone though you used hate speech which is grounds for an escalation.

If you'll also note, he is only level 28 and already perma'd, which says quite a bit, so I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't just those games that set off red flags. I've been playing since 2010, and I haven't been banned or restricted ever, because it's not hard being a decent human being but also being competitive.

I didn't even notice his level (I don't normally check for those anyways). I myself have been playing since Season 2 when the Winter Summoner's Rift map was being used and have yet to be warned or banned myself. Am I perfect? No. Do I try to make sure that I don't say or do anything that I know will just get me in trouble? Yes.

1- You had priors. This is not a zero-to-permaban 2- Your toxicity is low-to-moderate, I strongly disagree with this permaban choice by Riot. 3- The system isn't automated, all permabans must be performed manually. 4- The draconian system is not new, you should know this.

If more people were like me and protested the draconian system, it would be reformed.... alas no one cares until it strikes them personally.

So do I. I loved flaming at every person I flamed at. It was fun and made the shitty game worth the play. I'm really good at ripping people apart. I considered it a personal talent. But, I still got over it like a big kid. You just have too much testosterone if you're running around in game and on the boards talking shit to everyone in sight. You weren't even level thirty when you got permabanned? I can't imagine the things you'd said in past games. Or maybe you just said %%%got too many times and were unlucky enough to get reported every time. Either way Riot has always been very uptight about what they consider to be a derogatory term. Just because you and I and a million other people don't think it's derogatory doesn't mean jack. If Riot decides they don't like it, then they don't like it. Super super simple.

I got permabanned and 100% deserved it. In under a year of playing I had a $400+ account. I'm pissed. Perma tilted. But I deserved it; otherwise it wouldn't have happened. Period, end of story.

Once you can accept that you're just not gonna get your account back and that you probably acted a bit less than decent, then I think you'll be able to essentially just suck it up. That's about all there is to it at this point, dude. No reason to keep flaming and prove that Riot made the right decision in the long run.
