Riot Needs to get A grip.

This is ridiculous. Flat out ridiculous. I have been unfairly treated in your game for years, dealing with the still corrupted elo system. I have given over 300$ in total, as well as played countless hours. This as an online game simply put, and there is no other way to describe it. What happens in online games? Trash talk. I have seen people make terroristic threats to me over game over the years, but what has happened to them? Probably nothing. I am absolutely outraged by this "ban" and this needs to be reversed immediately. I will be happy to begin dialogue with a riot staff member to resolve this. I have seen things in chat that go far beyond what I have ever wrote in chat and I know this for a fact. To be banned completely from a game I still enjoy to this day for something as silly as chatting "smack" to people is crazy, especially considering the time and money I have given you. I have made league a part of my life, buying a high performance laptop, getting friends involved and playing with them, and spending time and money on the game. I wish to have this resolved immediately please. I have attached the final comments that resulted in getting "banned". Now do me a favor, go on twitch and for 10 minutes watch the top league streamer that is streaming, listen to what the streamer says as well as the comments that people make in twitch chat. You tell me if you believe what I said here is any worse than what is being said on there. I expect a thorough response to this message and a riot representative to talk to. Because if you cannot give me my account back then you owe me lots of time, and about 300$ which is what I have given you.

Claim to be untreated unfairly - check

Opens with how much they have spent - check

Claims they were having fun "smacktalking" - check

Demands a refund - check

If you only wish to speak with Riot, you'll want to submit a Support Ticket. However, "trash talk" is only ok if the people that have to listen to it think so too; if you are playing in a group with strangers you need to be considerate of them. Most people just want to play the game and not have to deal with somebody insulting them or talking more than they play. If you are in a full group of people you know and they are ok with trash talking each other then by all means do it, but random players are unlikely to want to put up with it.

A permanent ban is also the final step in 4 tiers of punishment. To reach it your offenses must be significantly severe, or this would've been after already receiving multiple prior punishments for negative behavior. You can contest to ban through your ticket, but Riot will not remove or reduce it if they agree with the ruling and it wasn't an error.

If you wish to discuss with the community your behavior and if it was worthy of punishment, you can post your chat logs provided from your reform card.

I am not a Riot representative, but let me lay out a few things for you so that you understand the situation a bit better.

You were permanently banned. This comes only after several warnings (or immediately depending on just how bad your behavior was). You should not need someone else to tell you that your behavior in game is bad if you've already been warned about it multiple times.
You will not receive refunds of any kind. Riot has no obligation to return the money you spent.
What someone says out loud and what someone types to you directly are two completely separate things. You can vent out loud all you want, nobody in the game or at Riot will hear it or care. But when you drag other people into your bad time by typing in chat and raging at people, that's when Riot cares and the community wants you gone.

You were not treated unfairly. You were treated equally to everyone else.

You have given riot $$ for RP, in-game services that you agreed to purchase, and have used, they will not refund you for anything.

Wanna know something funny, I have 2 permabanned accounts, first one i spent easily over 500, and the second easily over 200, and my third so far about 50, and I did not whine, I realized I agreed to the terms and conditions of use, and the code of conduct provided by Riot, to keep the community following a nice theme. No refund, deserved ban, no chat logs, gg.

twitch chat isnt the chat on the client they have no control over twitch chat so that dont matter. the fact you spent any money on the game dont matter. what matters you were found to be verbally abusive and/or toxic got banned. guess what i doubt it was the 1st time you been punished. and if it is then it was sooo bad riot skipped the normal chat bans of 10 game and 25 games and went straight to a play ban . YOU were the one who said things they shouldnt of said. no one is to BLAME but YOU .
