Hi guys, I want to hear your thoughts about this topic. So I am main Shaco player and I play mostly or almost only him, in my normal games with him I have 71.43% win rate, BUT when I play ranked my score drops to 44.12% win rate. I am not sure why is that so. Maybe my mental state when I play ranked or normal. I really want to perfect my game with Shaco and this score on ranked is telling me NO climbing for you. Can you help me with some advice or tips? thx
Your MMR might be diff between the two so you are playing diff levels of enemies.
With ranked you get placed against (relatively) better players that try harder, thats why your winrate is lower there. The only thing you can do is analyse your mistakes in ranked and improve on your mistakes.
Shaco sucks, I hate having a Shaco on my team. He's useless in team fights. Ranked players tend to be try hards, who will group up late game and not fall for stupid Shaco trickery. Normals, people play deathmatch style and run around the map going for kills instead of objectives. Normals really are not as serious as ranked so when you take a champ into norms your performance tends to fluctuate a lot more because occasionally you'll stomp someone whos just having fun playing drunk or high or trolling and trying new champs or off meta shit that isn't optimal. Your stats in normals don't really mean much. That's why they never were recorded on the client, which now even in ranked you hardly get any stats, and I hate it. Bring back in client stats!
