Dodging in promos with troll in your team

This is really stupid, I had adc in my promos to silver 5 (lost them to trolls 2 times) and I decided to dodge cuz I don't want to get a free lose, makes sense right ? Though killing your entire promos and giving you -30ish LP isn't, this should be fixed or atleast to give a reason as to why you dodged so you wouldn't get a penalty but the troll.
