I got banned for explaining what my team mate said to the enemies and instead of him getting banned i got banned for typing the words she said. I got a 14 day ban which is a big problem for me and especially because i got banned for no reason beacuse of a player flaming me and i tried explaining to the enemies what she was saying so i got ban for typing the words she called me. I already got banned before and i have changed since then, i never swear or flame my team mates but today i got angry at janna and said stfu which got me ban. The effects of ban will ruin my lol carrier as it will decay my diamond 5 rank and my lvl 5 honor which i got just yesterday which proves that i have changed my behavior.

What the hell were you thinking? In what world is it necessary for you to repeat what the other person said? How did you get to Diamond rank without an inkling of how the ban system works, and didn't realize that hate speech has an automated zero-tolerance system for it, which doesn't really care about the context you use it in?

the stupid system that riot has probably thought you were verbally harassing because you typed "flagged" words that triggered the system, even if you didn't, the system thinks you used those words as an attack. This isn't ban worthy at all. Stupid system they have, to be honest, embarrassing for a company that claims to be against toxicity and yet this happens, just shows that they don't really look over these events.

There really isn't any reason to repeat hate speech from others. There also is no need use it to call for reports, as 1 report is enough to flag the system to check for toxicity and multiple reports do the same thing as 1 report.

I suggest you write a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and explain the situation there.
