How can I report someone after the fact?
I wanted to report someone after my last match but the client bugged out and I was unable to enter the post-match lobby. Any way to report the person?

You probably can't report that particular person anymore, but the process to do so is simple.
Take screenshots of what they did and put those screenshots, along with a written account, in a support ticket. That's the way you're supposed to make out of game reports. Unfortunately if you don't have evidence I don't believe there's anything Riot can do about it.
I still suggest you make a ticket, just in case there is something you can do. That would be the best way to find out at least.
