So i took a 5 day break now go to try to log in and i run into this situation. I know i may not have had the greatest games and all sure i have played bad in a few but i got banned for god knows what. All i know is that on my email it said i was banned till Thu Feb 22 22:22:22 UTC 2700 and i am pretty sure that's a perm ban. I had spent so much money on this game and absolutely all down the drain due to what? I did have a few toxic moments in my times of game play but nothing to the extreme of being banned permanently and losing all the money i spent on this game. Seriously is hurtful supporting riot.

This was a manual ban, possibly part of a recent ban wave for exploits/illegal 3rd party program use. To get more information submit a Support Ticket.

That has been going around a LOT lately... I would advise CLOSING everything and killing processes that aren't needed to run windows (except firewall and antivirus) before playing league. The stupidest things have been causing massive bans lately...namely PC programs designed to help increase performance or monitor RAM usage are the ones that trigger that ban hammer the most.

tell me the truth, how many games were you griefing / trolling / intentional feeding?

I'd check your match history if I wasn't on mobile.

So, if you don't want to be truthful to me, be truthful to yourself, and you'll know why you were banned.

Though this offense typically should be a 14-day first ban. there are people whom have gotten their punishment lowered through riot's support. Be patient though, they have a 7-10 day backlog right now.
