What happens with trolls

I know this is probably WAY too much to ask but im curious about how they handle trolls that intentionally feed. If there are any rioters out there that could participate I think that would be awesome. Just had a game where a Nunu is clearly intentionally feeding and coming to lane to smite cs then at the end of the game says "so salty" and leaves. Now I check his match history and he has 7 consecutive games as Nunu and they are all losses with terrible scores. Clearly not a coincidence. 9 people report so how does that get looked at? Im genuinely curious if anything would and could be done.

edit: Ok so i dont really understand the downvotes for a question. But I digress. Still would like to hear from a Rioter about the process. IMO the trolling makes it far less enjoyable of a game than someone who flames. You can always press mute but you cant stop someone from running down mid to die.

True trolls get punished with a 14-day ban on first punishment and permaban second punishment.

Currently the "Inter buster" sucks and they will be shipping upgrades to the detection system within the next few patches.

9 reports actually do the same as 1 report. A report just flags the system and asks it to check for toxicity (verbal or gameplay). Whether it has 1 report or 9 reports, the return answer is just a "yes or no". More yes' in a game doesn't mean someone will get punished faster.

The sad thing is that because of how the system works (usually pretty lenient) with trolls it can take awhile for them to be punished. The system needs to check the games but also takes into consideration that it could be a bad game. Remember though Trolls are pretty smart. They will try and play the system by abusing it so they can continue to ruin the game for other people. With that said always Report them! Dont ask for reports because that doesnt help. You can report them and get their account flagged, with that if they continue whom ever else is in that game should be reporting them as well. One of the main problem is that people either tend to forget to report (thus getting the person free from punishment) or they dont think the system is working thus never using the report option. Also remember to write in the detail information, especially if they are trolling a certain way.

Hey dude!

I just had 3 trolls in my game. An adc rammus, nasus support and a heim who wanted to afk and chose to intentionally feed my lane for no apparent reason.

I got suspended for using 2 abusive phrases calling them "shit ___". 14 day ban for retaliation to the trolls but trolls get to continue playing.

SO, to answer your question. RIOT would rather ban a 4 year player with no misconduct history (me) than banned the trolls that caused an abusive and uncharacteristic comment. Sucks :/

I intentionally feed 1 game out of 1,500 games this season.

I got a 14 day suspension the next day.

You might be getting downvoted by people that think that you're asking for this information in order to abuse it and game the system maybe? There are reasons Riot doesn't share everything with us, if they did, the trolls would have a lot of information to draw on to find loopholes to avoid punishments.
