So, I was banned previously on August 4th during the S5 and I saw one would be ineligible for S5 ranked rewards if banned after August 10th. My problem is that the ban ran from August 4th-August 18th. Would that make me ineligible for my rewards? Any help would be appreciated!
Im pretty sure the ban has to be completed before Aug 10th.
There's nothing that can be done about it, I am sorry. Just keep it in mind next season!

Here is the relevant section:
If you had any 7 day or more bans, they must have expired/ended at or before August 9th, 23:59 PST
- For example, if you received a 7 day ban on August 2nd and it ended on or sometime before August 9th, 23:59 PDT, you are eligible for rewards
- On the other hand, if you received a 7 day ban on August 3rd and it ended on or after August 10th, 00:00 PST, you are ineligible for rewards
So in this case you will not be eligible for the ranked rewards.
