If you received a permaban, you either A: Received smaller bans in the past and did not reform. Or B: Said something particularly nasty such as hate speech and skipped tiers. Without your chat logs and knowledge of your previous bans however there isn't much we can do here. If you post your chat logs, I will happily go over them with you to try and help you understand what happened.

I tried to check your game logs on this and there are no recent games in the gaming history. How long ago was the account banned?
