League of Legends Ranked Draft Selection

I have a constant issue where people troll in draft. Such example would not selecting a champion at the start. I find that this can cause issues for team composition and gives the capabilities to troll pick before team discussion. It not much of an issue on normal draft, but in ranked matches it's can get annoying and make it more complicated when winning games. There I suggest that players must at least select a champion to fix this issue. Therefore time given for feedback from the team. This isn't exactly a huge issue but I remember playing a game of ranked and the Jungler picked Tryndamere last second. Of course he should be able to pick his champion, but our team had a a lot of attack and not very much crowd control. As a support and jungle main I try to fix team composition such as the need of crowd control or more attack/ability damage, however there are times when a team composition is beyond repair. Of course this can lead to restriction on champion selection, but in ranked matches you want to play at your very best since it's much more competitive and u can lose or gain league points. Less freedom may lead to a less exciting time, but there is also normal draft for more casual game play so i don't think there is much of an issue. As a competitive player that wants to lose less due to misguided teammates I believe this is an issue that can be improved ever so slightly.
