I'd suggest filing a support ticket with the player's name and the link. You should also probably remove the link from your post. Even though you included a warning not to follow it, there is no reason to inadvertantly advertise this.

Heya, I've removed the person's name from your post as the Universal Rules prohibit naming other players when discussing behavior. The best place to report this is in a support ticket - which if you can't submit on the website you can also file by emailing support (at} riotgames (dot} com.
