Riot wrongly permabanning everyone on OCE.

Myself, a few friends, and a few of their friends have recently suffered permanent bans from Riot due to "Usage of 3rd party programs", and it is impossible to get a response from anything that isn't an automated bot. Has anybody else here suffered that same problem? I'm extremely mad about this...

Just to clarify, the reason for the ban comes up as "Usage of 3rd-party programs"

I've contacted support, they are being unreasonable and refuse to help. Can anybody assist with the issue?

make a new account sry man, but riot can permaban any account they want for any reason or for no reason. it is in the term of agreement(i think), and they don't unpermaban accounts, I've tried.

While they can ban for no reason they don't ban people unless there is a reason (breaking the rules, hacking, scripting, etc) I've yet to see someone get ban over nothing. They have it in their ToS but basically any type of services has that (psn/Xbox live/Nintendo/Steam) it's basically to cover up just in case they do need to terminate their services in case something happens (like if the internet stops working completely)

Also they do unban people but only if the fault of the ban was their own. Like if someone did get wrongfully ban for 3rd party and yet if the double check and see you weren't actually using 3rd party programs they will unban you. If they know you did and you are caught but keep telling them you didn't cheat in any way well you obviously aren't going to get your account back no matter how much you lie!

Happens all the time go back to player moderation (HOT) there is a topic with 7 up votes. Rioter clearly states it was a mistake. Have a good day fam :)

You're wrong, and I'm not making a new account. I've never used MkJogo, the only 3rd party program used ever, with my account, would be Curse Voice. Although it was approved by Riot.

Curse Voice is allowed. Riot said so.

He IS WRONG. They do unban accounts. There's literal proof of that.

maybe also you're using some sort of internet software to make a vpn, or anything that boosts/modifies your internet connection? something in your router, or, run some malware/antivirus or TUNE UP UTILITIES to check and see if your pc is infected with a startup program you're unaware of you might have a zombie pc

Same thing happened to me. I am now waiting to be transferred to an account behavior specialist. Hoping this gets resolved. The only 3rd party app I have used is championify.

i dont have any 3rd party program on but been accused of it, is having your internet on a reason? I dont understand what triggers the ban but riot needs to fix the problem.

I have also gotten this email months ago, it was probably a different ban wave and they still havent unbanned me, you guys are saying you can get banned for using this mkjogo program but until now I havent even heard of it, and I doubt the people that are using it get stuck in silver 4 for half a year...
