Riot wrongly permabanning everyone on OCE.

Myself, a few friends, and a few of their friends have recently suffered permanent bans from Riot due to "Usage of 3rd party programs", and it is impossible to get a response from anything that isn't an automated bot. Has anybody else here suffered that same problem? I'm extremely mad about this...

Just to clarify, the reason for the ban comes up as "Usage of 3rd-party programs"

I've contacted support, they are being unreasonable and refuse to help. Can anybody assist with the issue?

make a new account sry man, but riot can permaban any account they want for any reason or for no reason. it is in the term of agreement(i think), and they don't unpermaban accounts, I've tried.

Same thing happened to me. I am now waiting to be transferred to an account behavior specialist. Hoping this gets resolved. The only 3rd party app I have used is championify.

i dont have any 3rd party program on but been accused of it, is having your internet on a reason? I dont understand what triggers the ban but riot needs to fix the problem.

I have also gotten this email months ago, it was probably a different ban wave and they still havent unbanned me, you guys are saying you can get banned for using this mkjogo program but until now I havent even heard of it, and I doubt the people that are using it get stuck in silver 4 for half a year...
