The Hidden Buff to Toxic Trolls

Never fear, because now you can reach level 30 in HALF THE TIME! It won't take long, soon, you can be right back to putting whole teams on tilt in ranked again! And if it happens again? This change only helps the toxic trolls level a new account after a ban, or get to enjoy the hextech crafting. Any genuine new player is still learning the game by level 30, even on old exp.

Now brb, I gotta go get some hextech chests on my smurf. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Edit: Down vote away, but I'm just pointing out its actually been made easier to dodge the system. I will change my ways, but not everyone will.
