Why are some league players so ignorant

Why are league of legend players so god dam ignorant, like for example if your playing ranked and your lane is being pushed say mid lane for example and you as a player to come help you in mid as you'll need a team fight yet they ignore you and dont say anything. but the main thing is if you communicate in games youll win more and i mean look at lcs / c9 / tsm they communicate with mics and pings so why cant regular players i dont get it are they just plain ignorant or are they just being idiots or dont they talk or understand english im getting annoyed with it now im not asking for them to right and essay just say words then make sense what do you all think about some of the players on this game...

You're asking a way more general question in my opinion... which is "Why are some people ignorant?" which of course my answer is that the entire sum of human knowledge is hard to know even by the time you're 19 where you think you know everything. NOt everyone knows everything, so getting mad at people not knowing somtehing is rediculous because I can guarantee that everyone has a HUGE SUM of knowledge that they do not know themselves.

Edit: I'm now aware that this thread is dead. I found it at the top of recent because another player replied to it recently.

There are a number of communication barriers that make it harder for players to cooperate. I'll list a few below:

language - sometimes players do not know the same language
tilt - when a player is tilted they get defensive and close themselves off from teammates
tone - how you talk to a player has a very big impact on how well they react to what you ask them
respect - the more a player respects you, the more likely they are to do what you ask of them
