Hi,

I am writing this topic for nearly thousands of people in Turkish server and hundreds of people on boards. I am talking about people who's getting banned day by day for like no reason. The thing that bothers all of us that this ban wave is caused by a bot system, I am quite sure about that, and lots of people are. Each player is getting banned without questioning, right after a game in the queue because some people report players for some reason whether it is true or not. The most annoying ones are of course those 4-5 premades. If a player is getting reported by those premades no doubt the ban is coming very soon. No matter if you talk in the game or not, maybe just because he didn't like you personally this may get you banned soon.Here is some proof for you guys, about the ban wave in TR server.

So what's the deal about those ?

Maybe he was reported because he was talking in another language and soon got banned by auto-ban system and then the system automatically send chatlog to user's mail because he must have done something if he was reported!. That is Riot logic, well you can not trust everyone will report you because you really fit one of the categories, but they did not care about that.

I don't know how it works in your server but to talk about general, this auto-ban system even does the Perma Ban, we are %100 sure about that. When you send a ticket, Rioters %90 reply you with a copy-paste message which really annoys.. They even send you your earlier chat restrictions reasons' - I mean chatlog - to make you think they are right, you were toxic once upon a time !. They don't have time for those who got perma banned, they think there's no turning back so there is no need to discuss. Think about a player who spent years,money all the effort and getting auto banned unfairly. I wish It was only about 'a player'..

Leauge in TR has become quite boring and oppressive. People are scared to talk in game, there's like no chat in a lot of games. You have to think about what you are going to say like 5 times and write which makes us like robots. You have to be even careful after 14 days suspension or don't play Leauge in this system because you are so close to make it permanent. No matter if you are acting very good to your team-mates or enemy team if you get like 3-5 max 10 reports you will get banned without a Rioter questions if it is really a deserved one or not. This make us that they think we are so worthless just an ordinary player or a garbage.

In our boards there are always a topic about someone getting banned - sharing his chat log - and it won't stop till something will change. There is not a section for '' Player Behavior & Moderation '' in our boards.We tried like every solution to get those whose cases were mishandled unbanned, neither telling about these problems on boards nor sending lots of ticket to support worked, nothing. They didn't even admit their fault even for once about a ban, just for once!

I agree that the chat logs being sent aren't helpful for the sake of conversation/petitioning one's suspension, but looking at the accounts the players in these threads are leaving out some details about their activity and why they actually got punished.

Remember, while the chat logs can't be sent for them just yet, that pre-/post-game toxicity is still punishable if reported, and trolling in-game in an attempt to circumvent detection is just as punishable.

While I sympathize with you, and agree people should not be banned for that, what do you expect us to do about it?

Did u answer them a second time and made clear, that your current chatlogs are not worth such strong punshiments?

The Support needs to answer your first questions with a copy&paste text, since this usually is able to close 95% of the tickets its simply faster. If you would ask the support for a personal answer every time you would wait for at least 3 months.

The second answer usually gives u everything u need, but only if u write it clear and easy to understand in a fast time. So dont talk about things they dont need to know (like that u deserve the ban and regret what u have done, cuz thats redundant information).

And sure the Instant-Feedback-System does all the bans atm - riot even brought that on the websites months ago.

Just today I was permanently banned because I had a 3 man trio queue in my solo queue ranked match. They all reported me and harassed me all game regardless of me ignoring them and not provoking them. They also got the other team to report me. I ended up getting 9 man reported and permanently banned. Even though during the game I was harassed by my team and the other team. I one shot the enemy jinx and her response to it was typing this to me in all chat, "fuck you anivia", "im reporting u", "enjoy the 9man report hahaha idiot ahhaha". After I one shot that Jinx my Zilean said to me,"keep doing that and maybe I wont report you hahah." Now I have no account to play on.

I also posted a thread in this forum including my chat logs. I really wish they showed what the other team was saying as well as my team. I was cussed at and verbally harassed and even had racist remarks thrown at me. I'm sad to hear your story.

Unfortunately, the only way to avoid this is if people stop reporting. Simple logic: Riot is banning people that are being reported; do not report and they will not get banned.

I say "unfortunately" because the thread right above yours is about getting someone banned, and feeling good about it. That thread has received hundreds of up votes and lots of praise. You are in for a long up hill battle it seems.
