I got Perm Banned

I got perma banned for only 1 game, i didnt even said very bad words i mean, i said the least harsh bad words and also it was only 1 game that they put me as an example, also i havent been banned before, why get perma banned instantly? after the game ended it said it was 14 days, now it says its perma banned, can someone please assist me and help me with this? ~~

Your email may only have 1 chat log, but your reform card presented upon logging into the client may have up to 3 so check that too. If you need more information if the email and logs seem lacking, submit a Support Ticket.

Could you share the logs from your in-client reform card? If you didn't get logs for the permaban it might've been the result of a manual review.

here, i mean i was a bit toxic but it was my last game of the game, i was really pissed but i wasnt that toxic, and it shouldnt have been a perma banned, it said it was a 14 day banned after the game and now it says perma ban, is this forever?, or for some reason it does not say 14 day?

FYI: Posting stuff from your PC does NOT work and putting these [] without anything in them next to () creates a non existent link. It has to be from an image sharing site. Like Gyazo, just an example.

I'm not talking about chat logs. I'm talking about what you are attempting to link to in your comments. If its from your PC it WONT show up for anyone.
