another useless post about requeing

I don't want to go back and read 1,000 posts. Is Riot doing anything about being queued with people that you block/report at lower elo? We had people in my last game act like fools and then I got queued with them again in the next match even though I reported them. We are talking Silver 1 here, it isn't like there aren't tens of thousands of other people just hanging around in that bracket...

So, instead of breaking down crying for having to play another game with people who I would rather never even let my pet rock be held by I got a 30 minute wait and thought I would come ask this question here.

You can still be qued up with the same players. I would wait like 5 minutes and then re que. It sucks but it's better than playing with people you don't get along with.

nope. Can still be paired with people you have blocked and as far as i can tell there are no plans to change that. I dont have the link handy but i think someone said it would mess with match making in a bad way.

They won't do it because they don't want people to game the system.

Most of these responses are only applicable in higher tiers where people that can play limited amounts of matches are available. I am asking why they cannot change that for lower tier matchmaking? I understand the ability to game the system and block people who are terrible but there are thousands of people playing at any time, there should not be a reason why i get matched with someone I just played win that I reported/blocked.
