Some advice for your new account: Pick a name that isn't offensive or noteworthy. I honestly think I've gotten significantly less reports since I changed my name. And uh, don't argue in chat, obviously.

I'm sorry if you're toxic/a troll/go afk a lot. Maybe you should more closely read the rules, and curtail any toxic behavior that may or may not have gotten you banned.

If there was a voice chat or calling feature for Support, I would imagine banned players to constantly be yelling and chewing Rioters off.

It would turn into a counselling session every time someone called them up.

They don't have enough manpower to deal with each case real time. They have to let each case line up in order and get to yours eventually. If you manage to find some e-mail or phone # to contact them, chances are you won't get a response not because they don't want to but because they're dealing with cases prior to yours.
