Some advice for your new account: Pick a name that isn't offensive or noteworthy. I honestly think I've gotten significantly less reports since I changed my name. And uh, don't argue in chat, obviously.

Submit a request. They probably won't unban you, they unban in cases of error on the part of the system. The system's error rate is under 1/1000th of a percent.

I'm sorry if you're toxic/a troll/go afk a lot. Maybe you should more closely read the rules, and curtail any toxic behavior that may or may not have gotten you banned.

Hey, if you're complaining that means you don't understand Riot's terms of service. It's their game that they're letting you play for free. When people complain about getting permabanned, I have to ask what they expected when they break the rules. Riot has no obligation to investigate every ban closely; if you haven't noticed, this community has a toxicity level that rivals Chernobyl, and is saltier than the Dead Sea, so reports are really common.

It's clearly spelled out; Riot has to manage their community, and from all the complaints it looks like they do a poor job, but it could be a whole lot worse if they just stopped enforcing their policies on behavior.

It's clear to me that you have an attitude problem, and I'm now no longer giving you the benefit of the doubt. I can tell that you're toxic and I'm pretty damn sure you deserve this ban now.

If there was a voice chat or calling feature for Support, I would imagine banned players to constantly be yelling and chewing Rioters off.

They don't have enough manpower to deal with each case real time. They have to let each case line up in order and get to yours eventually. If you manage to find some e-mail or phone # to contact them, chances are you won't get a response not because they don't want to but because they're dealing with cases prior to yours.
