Honnor system idea

We all know the honnor system is not going well, we never even see banners anymore so here is my idea. Intead of the current system we would get a message in the middle of the screen in the end of the game to rate a random player. I don't think that any one would mind rating a single player per game and I'm convinced that you would get more feedback one rating at a time than asking for 9 per game and getting 0.
