Banned for "inting", and why?

League of Legends Match History

Apparently, I got banned for "inting", but here's the thing: one, the people in my team dealt less damage than I did on champions besides Darius. Second, their overall scores were worse than mine (again, other than Darius). Third, I had the second most gold on my team. Now, considering all the facts I just gave, you would think that the other people would get banned for inting. Instead, I get banned for "inting" probably cause they got mad that I went Master Yi support. But despite going into a lane that wasn't fit for the champion of my choice, I still put forth effort into the game rather than intentionally feeding which is what I was apparently accused for. I don't believe Riot workers have looked at the match itself, because in my opinion I think that basing a ban on how much reports you get doesn't really mean much unless you look at chat logs and the actual scores of other players. I understand if they were upset because I played Master Yi support, but there is no such rule that states you cannot play a champion in a non meta lane. I believe that if you try your best and don't have an incredibly bad score, you shouldn't be banned. But in the end, that's just my opinion, I tried to be more open minded about this, but it still didn't make sense to me. I hope the people that read this understand me, and I apologize to Riot workers who had to deal with this issue, and the people who played with me during the match.

Sincerely, EundoPak

If I'm reading the match history correctly, it looks like you managed to die three times before three minutes STARTING AT TWO MINUTES, and generally once per minute after that. This is while playing "support" Yi with no support items. You got a couple kills later, which looks to me like you started actually playing honestly somewhere at the halfway mark of the game.

You don't need to int an entire game to be picked up for inting. I can't know your intentions, but based on the stats it looks like you were trolling and intentionally feeding the early game, then picked up some damage and kills late to make it look like you didn't.

You clearly started intentional feeding but u stopped later. U died 10 times before minute 10 and u barely did any healing on yourself even tho u have meditate. Also u are gold player and i HIGHLY doubt u dont know how to avoid hooks with Alpha Strike, how to meditate damage and how to support after so many Thresh games.

"BUT BUT I DID MORE DAMAGE"

That's great, but you still inted.

Many years ago I had a professor that taught me an invaluable lesson---which applies here:

"Three things you need to know right away... there's Lies, damn lies and statistics"

You use your damage and death count to prove that you weren't intentionally feeding, but looking over your match history I'll counter by saying:

  • You fed three kills by 2-3 minutes in a game.
  • You played Support Master Yi with no support items.
  • You died 10 times before 9-10 minutes.

Independently these would be fairly egregious as is, but when combined with one another it shows a clear INTENTION to feed or otherwise disrupt a game.

It almost appears as though you attempt to recover once your teammates or the enemy calls you out, but at this point it's too late and once your case was manually reviewed it was obvious what happened here. Weird thing about all of these sites dedicated to League of Legends... you can look up individual players/their accounts and find out if they're telling the truth... my question is; knowing this, why do people still lie about the circumstances or pretend like they don't know what they did wrong?
