i just got banned by a group of five for no reason and now its a perma ban .... this is how you system is flawed maybe do some real reserch check the actuall chat not just one person i was being harrassed and yes i said a few things out of anger but what about the group of five that was harrassing me how is this a fair system .... RIOT
You have to consistently show toxic behavior to even get a single punishment. If you have any chat logs would you care to share them? If don't have any, would you care to share what the email sent to you says?
Act the fool, get banned. Other players' actions don't excuse your own.
Your permaban proves that you said a hella lot worse than the actual offenders. Post chat logs please.

A pre-made reporting you alone won't get you banned, especially if you've done nothing wrong. However, the reason you were permabanned is because you consistently showed poor behavior in-game and refused to heed the warnings in the form of a 2-week ban and 35-games worth of chat restrictions. Post the chat logs asap or else you won't get any help here (check your email/spam folder and the game client for them. The email contains just one game while the game client can contain up to three).
