Tempt banned, tell me what you guys think (chat logs posted please read)

I have been flamed, harassed, bulled, and basically been bothered to the point of where people TRY to make me toxic and it's really kinda stupid since im banned for it, I know I can't show any chat logs from what the other people said but in ALL 3 of the games my team starts flaming me for something and all I simply do is defend myself and the furthest I really called anyone in this was "a retard" which obviously isn't good by any means but there's far far worse and as goes for the cursing, it's 95% never DIRECTED AT ANOTHER PLAYER e.g. I die in lane, type "fuck" in chat. Tell me what you guys think, I have sent a ticket to riot as I don't believe I deserve a ban but a chat ban wouldn't be all that unnecessary. Even in the chat logs you can see me saying that they're trying to tilt me and to stop typing in general and to just stop being rude but yet i'm punished when they flame all game. Makes sense.
