Perma Suspension for using 3rd party programs

I have never used a 3rd party program before so I am confused on why I am being banned for this. Will i be able to get refunded my RP because of this.

This ban it's only given when the protection detect a program on the "black list" ... so you 100% used one even 1 time ..... and no, RP are not refunded this is in the EULA you accepted

Same here. It's been 24 hours since I was banned and posted a support ticket to Riot and I'm still waiting. You won't be able to get anything refunded, but if you truly never scripted like myself, then try to work it over with Riot.
